SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery times: All woven throw blankets are made to order and shipped from the USA. Most orders ship within 5-7 days. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery (depending on your location). Once your order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking ID for further updates. If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, please contact us at hello@studioikra.com.

Shipping: Please note that additional customs charges may apply for orders outside the US. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility upon delivery. As customs policies and import duties vary by country, we recommend checking your government’s website for the latest information and updates.

USA Orders (shipped with 2-day service via UPS):
Estimated delivery time is up to 1 week for US orders.

International Orders (shipped as priority via FedEx):
Estimated delivery time is up to 2 weeks for international orders.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. A refund will be issued once we have received and reviewed the returned item. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If you encounter any issues with your order, such as product defects or shipping problems, please contact us at hello@studioikra.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Cancel Order: If you wish to cancel your order, please email hello@studioikra.com before it’s processed. We recommend doing so within 24 hours of placing your order, as cancellations cannot be made once the order has been processed and sent to production.
